If you qualify, the state process follows
The practice enters eligible patients into Florida's Medical Marijuana Use Registry. If you need to apply for a state identification card, our team helps you complete the application during your office visit.

What does the first appointment cost?
A first-time evaluation is $225. Transfer evaluations and follow-up appointments are $150. Both first-time and transfer patients complete new-patient paperwork. State card fees are separate.

The office may need records that document your diagnosis. Include your doctor's phone and fax number in the intake form, or call the office if you are unsure what to provide.
What if I already have a Florida medical marijuana card?
If you are transferring from another physician, complete our new-patient paperwork. Your transfer evaluation is $150. If you are already an established patient of Dr. Ryan, call our office about your renewal or next appointment.
